• 500ml Freja Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, or ghee
  • Cream or coconut cream to top


  1. Heat bone broth, spices, and butter over medium heat, stirring until combined.
  2. Use a hand blender to whizz the cream or coconut cream into the broth mixture and blend until the mixture is creamy and frothy.
  3. Pour into 2 mugs, top with more cream or try a sprinkle of salt and fresh herbs.
