• 500ml Freja Beef Bone Broth
  • Small handful of baby spinach
  • Handful of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 eggs


  1. Pour the Freja Beef bone broth into a wide pan and add the sliced mushrooms and bring to a simmer for a minute or two.
  2. Place baby spinach in the bottom of 2 bowls.
  3. Remove the mushrooms and add them to a bowls.
  4. Bring your broth to a rolling boil and swirl the broth round to make a whirlpool which you drop your eggs into. If you prefer you can poach your eggs separately and just add them into the bowls after. Otherwise scoop out your eggs after around 5 minutes and add to the bowls.
  5. Pour over the hot broth from the pan, season and serve.
