• 1 jar Chickpeas, drained (we love BoldBean, we find there’s no need to rinse them aswell!)
  • 120ml Freja Chicken Bone Broth
  • 180ml Tahini
  • 4 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic (more if you like it really garlicky!)
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Smoke Paprika to garnish


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve garnished with a drizzle of olive oil and some paprika.
