Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery

We offer shipping throughout the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Channels Islands and the Isle of Man. 

Our partner carriers are DPD and Evri.

We offer standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) and next-day delivery, provided orders are received by 2pm Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays). In some areas, DPD will attempt to deliver on a Saturday. For any orders received after this time, they will be dispatched the following working day. 

  • For orders to the UK Mainland: anything under £30 (excluding delivery costs) will be £3.99 for standard delivery and £6.99 for next day delivery*.
  • Any orders over £30 (excluding delivery costs) will be free standard delivery and £6.99 for next day delivery* provided they are to the UK Mainland.
  • For orders outside UK mainland (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Island, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man) will be £8.99 for next day delivery*. 
  • For anything outside of the UK Mainland (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man), orders over £30 will still carry a delivery charge of £6.99*. 

*Provided orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays)

Christmas Delivery

  • Orders placed during the 24th-26th December will only be delivered during the 27th-30th December.
  • Orders placed 31st December -1st January will only be delivered 2nd-4th January.
  • Cut off for delivery for Christmas Eve/Day is 23rd December before 14:00
  • Cut off for delivery for New Years Eve/Day is 30th December before 14:00 

Returns

Any return must be pre-authorised by our Customer Services team.  Any return request can only be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.If you want to return your items, please email hello@frejafoods.com to make arrangements for the return providing all details of your order, including the order number.

Customer Services will provide a returns label and cover the cost of the return.To be eligible for a refund, any unopened products from your purchase must be returned.Following the return of items, we will confirm the items have been received.

We will refund all returned items within 28 days from the date of this confirmation.We will not accept returns without prior authorisation.We will not accept returns outside beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.This Policy only applies to orders up to the value of £50 (excluding postage). 

For anything over this amount, please contact customer services and your return request will be dealt with on a case by case basis.Under the ‘Our Promise’ guarantee, we will only accept one return per customer.  You will not be able to return any further purchases.

Cancellation

Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered, so unfortunately we cannot cancel orders. If it arrives and you are still unsatisfied, email hello@frejafoods.com and we will help you from there.
