It’s really just bone broth

Our broths are made in small batches with just four ingredients – meaty joints and bones, veg, herbs and filtered water. That’s it. No additives, no preservatives, no ultra-processing, nothing you wouldn’t find in your own kitchen. Ingredients are simmered low and slow for up to 24 hours to extract as much of the nutrition as possible. The result? A rich, nutrient-dense, delicious broth you can drink everyday.

Rooted in Scandinavian tradition

We’ve always been inspired by Norway’s high welfare standards, where antibiotic use for animals is the lowest in the world, and where we source the majority of our ingredients. Following age-old, traditional recipes, we upcycle bones from grass-fed cows, free-range chickens and fish, and wonky veg that get thrown away, and turn them into nutrient-dense, delicious broths, even your grandmother would approve of.

Our beef is grass-fed, our chicken is free-range and our fish bones come from sustainably sourced Norwegian white fish. You can be sure that our broths come from ingredients that are free from hormones and GMOs. Read more.

Your new cupboard staple

Bone broth is nothing new, but storing it in your store-cupboard is. Our bone broths are shelf-stable, which means you can keep them unopened for up to two years, so you don’t need to worry about using them up quickly.
