Ingredients
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Freja Vanilla collagen protein shake
  • 2-3 figs, halved
  • A dollop (or two) of honey
  • Handful of pistachios, almonds & walnuts, chopped
  • 1tsp cinnamon 
  • Zest of 1 orange

Method
  1. Griddle the figs until soft and set aside.
  2. Mix the Greek yoghurt with 2tbsp Freja’s Vanilla Collagen Protein Shake until smooth.
  3. Roughly chop the nut mix and toast in a pan with cinnamon. We like to make enough nut mix to use for the rest of the week as a topper for yoghurts and porridge.
  4. Top your yoghurt with the nut mix, figs, a dollop (or two) of good quality honey and the zest of one orange.
  5. Serve up for a delicious protein packed breakfast!
