- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Freja Vanilla collagen protein shake
- 2-3 figs, halved
- A dollop (or two) of honey
- Handful of pistachios, almonds & walnuts, chopped
- 1tsp cinnamon
- Zest of 1 orange
- Griddle the figs until soft and set aside.
- Mix the Greek yoghurt with 2tbsp Freja’s Vanilla Collagen Protein Shake until smooth.
- Roughly chop the nut mix and toast in a pan with cinnamon. We like to make enough nut mix to use for the rest of the week as a topper for yoghurts and porridge.
- Top your yoghurt with the nut mix, figs, a dollop (or two) of good quality honey and the zest of one orange.
- Serve up for a delicious protein packed breakfast!
