Ingredients:

  • 500g beef mince
  • 30g dried breadcrumbs
  • 120ml milk
  • 1 sachet Freja Instant Beef Bone Broth
  • 25g Chopped Parsley (fresh)
  • 25g parmesan
  • 1 tbsp onion granules
  • 2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 egg
  • Big pinch of salt
  • Olive Oil for frying

 

Method: 

1. In a bowl combine the milk and breadcrumbs then set aside for 2 mins.

2. In a large bowl combine the beef mince, Freja Instant Beef Bone Broth, parsley, parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, salt and rehydrated breadcrumbs.

3. Make a tiny meatball and fry this off in a hot pan to test the seasoning, adjust with more salt and pepper as needed.

4. Fry the meatballs in a hot frying pan with olive oil till golden and brown on all sides and cooked through.

5. These are perfect as they are but even better when mixed into a beautiful tomato sauce with spaghetti.
