Ingredients:
- 175g self raising flour
- 180g caster sugar
- 140g brown sugar
- 6 tbsp Freja Bone Broth Protein Powder (Chicken)
- 60g cacao powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 200g yoghurt
- 120 ml coffee room temperature
- 75ml olive oil
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir well until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture across 12 muffin cases and bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
