Ingredients: 

  • 175g self raising flour
  • 180g caster sugar
  • 140g brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp Freja Bone Broth Protein Powder (Chicken)
  • 60g cacao powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200g yoghurt
  • 120 ml coffee room temperature
  • 75ml olive oil
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir well until fully combined.
  2. Spread the mixture across 12 muffin cases and bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
