Ingredients:
- 2 thick slices of Bread/Brioche (crusts removed)
- 1 Egg
- 3tsp Freja Vanilla Bone Broth Shake
- 100ml milk
- Squeeze of honey
Method:
1. Combine the egg, vanilla shake powder, milk and honey in a bowl.
2. Add the slices of bread and leave to absorb the mixture for 10 minutes, flipping occasionally so it is equally absorbed.
3. Fry the soaked slices of bread in butter on a low heat until caramelised on the outside.
4. Serve up with yoghurt and fruit and enjoy!
