Bone broth is already a great support for your immune system. It’s packed with gut-nourishing collagen and gelatin, as well as amino acids, like glycine that help to keep our immune system healthy.

Ingredients

  • 500ml beef bone broth
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 big pinch of red chilli flakes
  • 2 fat cloves of garlic, peeled & grated
  • 1 big thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled & grated
  • 1 big pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ lemon, juice only

 

Method

  1. Warm your bone broth in a pan, and add all the ingredients.
  2. Leave to warm through for 5 to 10 minutes
  3. Pour into a cup and sip sip sip!
