Bone broth is already a great support for your immune system. It’s packed with gut-nourishing collagen and gelatin, as well as amino acids, like glycine that help to keep our immune system healthy.
Ingredients
- 500ml beef bone broth
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 big pinch of red chilli flakes
- 2 fat cloves of garlic, peeled & grated
- 1 big thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled & grated
- 1 big pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- ½ lemon, juice only
Method
- Warm your bone broth in a pan, and add all the ingredients.
- Leave to warm through for 5 to 10 minutes
- Pour into a cup and sip sip sip!
