Ingredients:

  • 200g chopped carrot (2 large carrots) 
  • 1 large white onion diced
  • 5 whole cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 500 ml stock
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Freja Bone Broth Protein Powder (beef)
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

 

Method: 

  1. Fry off the carrot, onion and garlic in oil until they start to soften.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and leave to simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are completely soft. 
  3. Blend to a smooth sauce and serve up with anything you fancy!
