Ingredients:
- 200g chopped carrot (2 large carrots)
- 1 large white onion diced
- 5 whole cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 500 ml stock
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Freja Bone Broth Protein Powder (beef)
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp honey
Method:
- Fry off the carrot, onion and garlic in oil until they start to soften.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and leave to simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are completely soft.
- Blend to a smooth sauce and serve up with anything you fancy!
