- 150g frozen mango chunks
- 150g frozen raspberries
- 2 - 3 tbsp honey
- 300g plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Freja beef bone broth powder
- Divide the yoghurt and honey into 2 separate bowls. Whizz up the frozen mango and add to 1 bowl along with 1 tbsp of the bone broth powder and mix well.
- Then whizz the frozen raspberries and add to the second bowl with the remaining powder and mix well.
- Pour the frozen raspberries into the moulds till half full and set in the freezer. Once solid pour in the frozen mango mixture and freeze again.
