Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Freja Chocolate Bone Broth Shake
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla paste
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 8 tbsp Oats
- 250ml Milk
- Brazil nuts, raspberries and yoghurt to serve
Method:
1. Combine the Freja Bone Broth Shake with milk, chia seeds, vanilla paste, and a small pinch of salt. Stir well and refrigerate for at least an hour, or ideally overnight.
2. Serve up with a dollop of greek yoghurt, some chopped nuts and fruit.
