Ingredients: 

  • 6 tbsp Freja Chocolate Bone Broth Shake
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla paste
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 8 tbsp Oats
  • 250ml Milk
  • Brazil nuts, raspberries and yoghurt to serve

 

Method: 

1. Combine the Freja Bone Broth Shake with milk, chia seeds, vanilla paste, and a small pinch of salt. Stir well and refrigerate for at least an hour, or ideally overnight. 

2. Serve up with a dollop of greek yoghurt, some chopped nuts and fruit.
