Ingredients:

  • 1 carton Freja classic Fish Bone Broth
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 bunch pak choi
  • 5 - 6 prawn dumplings
  • Chili oil to garnish

Method:

  1. Bring 500ml of fish bone broth to a boil. 
  2. Stir in 1 tbsp of miso paste, and cook 5-6 dumplings for 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Toss in a handful of pak choi, let it simmer for another 3 minutes. 
  4. Finish with a drizzle of chili oil.
