This Mango and Vanilla Bone Broth Shake - yes, you heard us right, bone broth - is the perfect refresher or breakfast on-the-go, and it takes just a few seconds to make.

Packed with collagen, protein, essential amino acids and more, this is a shake that not only tastes good, but does good too. 

All you need is a blender, our Vanilla Bean Bone Broth Shake, some mango (fresh or frozen), and your favourite milk. That’s it! 

Ingredients:

1 handful of fresh mango sliced, or frozen mango chunks

25g Freja Vanilla Bone Broth Shake

250ml cold milk 

Method:

  1. Add the mango, Freja Bone Broth Shake powder and cold milk to your blender
  2. Blend until smooth, creamy and delicious!
