Ingredients:
  • 500g pork mince
  • 1 sachet Freja Instant Pho Beef Bone Broth Powder
  • 3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 sprigs of mint (leaves finely chopped)
  • 1 shallot (finely diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 Thai chillies (finely chopped)
  • Small handful coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Skewers (soaked in water to stop them burning on the BBQ)
To Serve: 
  • Nước chấm dipping sauce
  • Herby salad

 

Method: 
  1. Combine the breadcrumbs and milk together in a small bowl, stir until all of the milk is absorbed. 
  2. In a larger bowl combine the breadcrumbs mixture with the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands. 
  3. Use your hands to shape the mixture into small kebabs around the skewers. 
  4. Grill the skewers on the BBQ until cooked through. 
  5. Serve up on a herby green salad with a nước chấm dipping sauce and enjoy!
