- 500g pork mince
- 1 sachet Freja Instant Pho Beef Bone Broth Powder
- 3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
- 100ml milk
- 2 sprigs of mint (leaves finely chopped)
- 1 shallot (finely diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Thai chillies (finely chopped)
- Small handful coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Skewers (soaked in water to stop them burning on the BBQ)
- Nước chấm dipping sauce
- Herby salad
- Combine the breadcrumbs and milk together in a small bowl, stir until all of the milk is absorbed.
- In a larger bowl combine the breadcrumbs mixture with the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands.
- Use your hands to shape the mixture into small kebabs around the skewers.
- Grill the skewers on the BBQ until cooked through.
- Serve up on a herby green salad with a nước chấm dipping sauce and enjoy!
