Chicken Bone Broth Powder

Our bone broth powders have a mild taste with a gentle umami flavour, achieved by removing the fat from the bone broth liquid before it is dehydrated. If you add the powder to a strong coffee or a savoury dish, the taste will be neutral, as the coffee or dish is strong enough to mask the gentle flavour of the powder.  If you drink it on its own diluted in water, or add the powder to something sweeter or milder, it is likely that you will detect a hint of subtle broth flavour.

The meaty bones are simmered for up to 24 hours with water and the fat is removed from the cooking kettles. The bone broth is then strained to leave a clear liquid, which is then naturally dehydrated at a low temperature, before being blended with sunflower lecithin and then ground into a fine powder.  We do not use high temperatures, which can denature the protein source and other nutrients. The outcome is a highly nutritious and premium quality bone broth powder.
