The cattle are pasture-fed during the summer months and have grass, silage and coarse fodder outside of summer when the grass does not grow. Our suppliers do not permit the use of any feed with GMO additives or ingredients, and no hormones or antibiotics are used throughout their lifecycle.

In accordance with EU guidelines, all free range chickens are cage free, allowed easy outside access during daylight hours, and are provided with more space to roam when compared with conventional rearing.

Freja Instant Bone Broth is gluten and dairy free, low in salt, fat and carbs, making it suitable for many diets and lifestyles. It does however contain natural yeast extract, so avoid it if you have an allergy or intolerance to yeast. Our classic liquid bone broths are yeast free.

Next, they break open the yeast cells to release all the nutrients and flavours from inside the cells. The outer cell walls are then removed, and what's left is concentrated into a paste or powder.
