Spice up your dinner routine with this flavourful Chicken Harissa Stew - packed with protein and only using 5 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 x cans cannellini beans
- 400ml Freja Chicken Bone Broth
- 250g baby spinach
Method
- Start by crisping up 4-6 seasoned chicken thighs in a cold pan.
- Allow to cook through and then remove.
- Use the same pan and add the harissa paste, cannellini beans and the Freja bone broth.
- Mash the beans to make a thicker sauce.
- stir in 250g of baby spinach until wilted, then return the chicken to the pan.
- Serve immediately and enjoy
