Spice up your dinner routine with this flavourful Chicken Harissa Stew - packed with protein and only using 5 ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4-6 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 x cans cannellini beans
  • 400ml Freja Chicken Bone Broth
  • 250g baby spinach

Method

  1. Start by crisping up 4-6 seasoned chicken thighs in a cold pan. 
  2. Allow to cook through and then remove. 
  3. Use the same pan and add the harissa paste, cannellini beans and the Freja bone broth.
  4. Mash the beans to make a thicker sauce.
  5. stir in 250g of baby spinach until wilted, then return the chicken to the pan.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy
