• 1kg chicken wings
  • 1 sachet Freja Chicken Instant Bone Broth
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Ranch Dressing

  • 150ml buttermilk
  • 200ml crème fraiche 
  • 50g mayonnaise 
  • Handful of chopped chives
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried dill 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Method

  1. Coat the chicken with the Instant Bone Broth powder, baking powder, white pepper, black pepper, parsley and salt.
  2. Place into the air fryer (or oven) making sure no pieces are touching. 
  3. Airfry or bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes, flip all of the pieces then airfry for another 12-15 minutes. 
  4. Whilst the chicken is cooking combine all of the ranch dressing ingredients into a bowl and stir well ready to dunk and enjoy your wings!
