- 1kg chicken wings
- 1 sachet Freja Chicken Instant Bone Broth
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
Ranch Dressing
- 150ml buttermilk
- 200ml crème fraiche
- 50g mayonnaise
- Handful of chopped chives
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Coat the chicken with the Instant Bone Broth powder, baking powder, white pepper, black pepper, parsley and salt.
- Place into the air fryer (or oven) making sure no pieces are touching.
- Airfry or bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes, flip all of the pieces then airfry for another 12-15 minutes.
- Whilst the chicken is cooking combine all of the ranch dressing ingredients into a bowl and stir well ready to dunk and enjoy your wings!
