- 500g tomatoes (approx six)
- 1 medium cucumber
- 100g bread roughly chopped (crusts off)
- 1 pointed red pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 carton of Freja Chicken Bone Broth
- Big glug of olive oil
- Generous pinch of salt
- Blend all of the ingredients together, adjust with more salt if needed.
- Leave in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.
