Ingredients: 
  • 500g tomatoes (approx six)
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 100g bread roughly chopped (crusts off)
  • 1 pointed red pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 carton of Freja Chicken Bone Broth
  • Big glug of olive oil
  • Generous pinch of salt

 

Method:
  1. Blend all of the ingredients together, adjust with more salt if needed.
  2. Leave in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.
