- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Sachet Freja Chicken Ramen Instant Bone Broth
- 750g chicken wings
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- Squeeze of sriracha
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Big pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp of the marinade
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Black and white sesame seeds
- Spring onions
- In a bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients.
- Take 2 tbsp of the marinade and set aside in a small bowl. Combine this with 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp chilli powder to create the glaze for later on.
- Add the chicken wings into the marinade and leave to marinate for at least an hour, ideally overnight if possible.
- When you’re ready cook the wings on the BBQ (can also work in the air fryer or oven) until they're cooked through.
- Once cooked, use a pastry brush to smother the hot honey glaze over the wings.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions and enjoy!
