Ingredients: 

Marinade: 
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 Sachet Freja Chicken Ramen Instant Bone Broth
  • 750g chicken wings
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • Squeeze of sriracha
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Big pinch of salt
Glaze: 
  • 2 tbsp of the marinade
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
Garnish: 
  • Black and white sesame seeds
  • Spring onions

 

Method: 
  1. In a bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients. 
  2. Take 2 tbsp of the marinade and set aside in a small bowl. Combine this with 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp chilli powder to create the glaze for later on. 
  3. Add the chicken wings into the marinade and leave to marinate for at least an hour, ideally overnight if possible. 
  4. When you’re ready cook the wings on the BBQ (can also work in the air fryer or oven) until they're cooked through. 
  5. Once cooked, use a pastry brush to smother the hot honey glaze over the wings.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions and enjoy!
