Ingredients: 

  • 60g Oats
  • Knob of butter
  • Handful of Chives
  • 100-120g Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 300ml Freja Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1.5 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 Soft Boiled Egg
  • Chilli Oil
  • Butter for frying

 

Method: 

1. Fry off the sliced mushrooms in butter then remove from the saucepan. 

2. Add in the oats, Freja Chicken Bone Broth and soy sauce and leave to cook on a medium heat until the oats have softened and cooked through. 

3. Serve up with the fried mushrooms, a soft boiled egg, a sprinkle of chives and a drizzle of chilli oil.
