Ingredients:

  • Freja Chicken Bone Broth Carton
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Knob of ginger
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Handful of spring greens
  • Handful of tenderstem broccoli
  • Handful of green beans
  • 4 spring onions
  • A few sprigs of dill

 

Method: 

1. Heat your Freja Chicken Bone Broth on the hob.

2. Add chopped chicken breast, add the ginger, garlic and a knob of ginger.

3. Let it simmer, poaching the chicken gently for 15-20 mins.

4. Five minutes from the end, fry your spring greens, broccoli and green beans in a pan, with salt and oil. Add garlic if you fancy.

5. Pour the soup into a bowl, add your greens, then top with spring onions and dill.
