Our recipe combines the classic Maris Piper, with a twist – our very own Freja Instant Chicken Bone Broth. It's not just delicious; it's packed with nutrients, and all the goodness of bone broth.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg maris piper potatoes
  • 20g cornflour
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 sachet Freja Instant Chicken Bone Broth
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Generous pinch of salt flakes

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and chop into large chunks.
  2. Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain well and shake them around a bit in the pan to give them a rough edge.
  4. Mix in a bowl with the cornflour, rosemary, instant bone broth, salt and oil.
  5. Roast in the oven for around 30 - 40 minutes until crispy and delicious!
