Our recipe combines the classic Maris Piper, with a twist – our very own Freja Instant Chicken Bone Broth. It's not just delicious; it's packed with nutrients, and all the goodness of bone broth.
Ingredients
- 1 kg maris piper potatoes
- 20g cornflour
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 sachet Freja Instant Chicken Bone Broth
- 2 tbsp oil
- Generous pinch of salt flakes
Method
- Peel the potatoes and chop into large chunks.
- Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes.
- Drain well and shake them around a bit in the pan to give them a rough edge.
- Mix in a bowl with the cornflour, rosemary, instant bone broth, salt and oil.
- Roast in the oven for around 30 - 40 minutes until crispy and delicious!
