• 2 tbsp beef bone broth powder
  • 1 banana
  • 80g oats
  • 3 large eggs
  • Optional: 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • butter, for frying
  • your favourite toppings (nut butters, fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup)

  1. Put the bone broth powder, banana, oats, eggs, baking powder and cinnamon in a blender for 1-2 mins until smooth. Scrape down the sides and blend it again so the oats are totally broken down. If it’s too thick, add the milk to loosen.
  2. Melt a little butter in a pan. Add half a ladle of batter to make a pancake (you should get 2-3 rounds of batter in one go), leaving a little space between each.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to appear on the surface and the underside is golden. Flip over and cook for another minute until cooked through.
  4. Serve with your favourite toppings.
